class=\"title\">Where we are<\/h2>\n      <div class=\"description\"><p>This North Jersey Trail Network will span six counties in northern New Jersey\u2014 Morris, Passaic, Essex, Bergen, Hudson, and Union\u2014home to 4.1 million people, about 42% of the state\u2019s population. <\/p>\n<p>Led by the \u201cMapping Working Group,\u201d the initiative has developed a snapshot of how the region can
